Job Summary

The HR Business Process Analyst position at Optum is responsible for the support and administration of our variable compensation program for India and Philippine-based employees. This role involves complex business/analytical model design and effective communication with stakeholders.

About the Position

This role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources or Business Management, as well as 2+ years of experience in HR, preferably in Compensation, Payroll, or Employee Relations domains. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel, is essential. Proven exceptional written and verbal communication skills are required.
