Job Overview

The Member Development Lead is responsible for developing the ICT capability of membership based on an assessment of each member's critical needs and the ICT Digital Development department.

This role involves formulating and delivering human resource development programmes to increase the ICT and digital transformation capabilities of the membership. The goal is to ensure members have the skills, knowledge, and confidence to fulfil their ICT-related mandates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve a deep understanding of member needs and design ICT capability development programs to support digital transformation.
  • Develop and deliver HR development initiatives to enhance ICT capabilities across the membership.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to implement training and development activities.
  • Provide remote/online training delivery and adapt methodologies for adult learners.
Essential Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Training and Development, ICT, Human Resource Development, or related field.
  • Familiarity with remote/online training methodologies and ICT/digitalisation.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles; strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Able to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
