Logistics Head

At Rhodium 688 Builders Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Logistics Head to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for strategically planning and managing logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and optimize the full order cycle, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of materials and equipment to job sites.
  • Plan and coordinate logistics meetings with managers to ensure seamless execution of logistics operations.
  • Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers, and consumers to ensure quality, quantity, and delivery times meet our standards.
  • Monitor and analyze metrics to assess performance and implement improvements, ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and ISO requirements.
  • Record and maintain successful distribution and logistics management, demonstrating ability to lead and manage staff.
Requirements:
  • Proven working experience as a Logistics Manager in the Construction Field.
  • Background in Construction, Business Administration, Logistics, or Supply Chain.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
  • Willingness to be assigned in Kapitolyo, Pasig.
