Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Trade Marketing Manager with expertise in international markets, event management, and strategic partnerships. This role will drive global trade marketing initiatives, create impactful in-market campaigns, and build strategic partnerships to strengthen brand presence and achieve commercial objectives across diverse regions.

Key Responsibilities:Trade Marketing Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and implement comprehensive trade marketing plans tailored to international markets, aligning with brand strategies and regional goals.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver effective in-store and digital activations, promotions, and product launches.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of trade marketing activities to optimize strategies and increase brand visibility.
Event Planning & Execution
  • Plan, manage, and execute global and regional trade shows, industry events, and brand showcases to drive awareness, engagement, and growth.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all events align with brand objectives, standards, and deliver measurable outcomes. 
  • Manage event budgets, logistics, and post-event analyses to continuously improve event ROI.
Partnership Development
  • Identify and build strategic partnerships with key industry players, distributors, and retailers in international markets to expand brand reach and market penetration. 
  • Develop joint marketing initiatives and exclusive collaborations that enhance brand credibility and foster strong relationships with partners.
  • Track and report on the success of partnerships, adjusting strategies to maximize mutual value.
Market Research & Competitive Analysis
  • Conduct regular market research to understand regional trends, competitive landscapes, and consumer behaviors. 
  • Use insights to adapt trade marketing strategies, ensuring relevance and competitiveness in each market.
Budget Management
  • Manage the trade marketing budget for international markets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact. 
  • Oversee all financial aspects of trade marketing activities, including forecasting, tracking, and ROI analysis.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in trade marketing, with a focus on international markets.
  • Demonstrated expertise in event planning, partnership management, and in-store/digital activation.
  • Strong project management and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives across regions.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in using data to drive decisions and measure success.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage relationships with diverse stakeholders.

  • Experience in Consumer goods or pet foods
  • High adaptability to dynamic international markets and cultural awareness.
  • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus, enhancing communication across different regions.
