**Job Summary**


VeritasPay Philippines Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our brewery operations and drive business growth in international markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in craft beer production, sales, and marketing, with a proven track record of managing teams and driving business results.


**Key Responsibilities**



  • Develop and implement the company's strategic vision and operational goals for the brewery.
  • Analyze market trends and the competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth in international markets.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and excellence among all staff.
  • Oversee daily operations of the brewery, ensuring efficient production processes and adherence to quality standards.
  • Collaborate with the supply chain and compliance teams to manage the supply chain, including procurement of raw materials, inventory control, and logistics.
  • Prepare and manage the annual budget, forecasting revenue and expenses.
  • Collaborate with the finance and accounting teams to monitor financial performance and reporting.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to promote the brand and increase market share domestically and internationally.
  • Conduct market research to identify target demographics and tailor marketing efforts to specific international markets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and customers, focusing on expanding international sales channels.
  • Represent the company at industry events, festivals, and community functions, both locally and internationally.
  • Build strategic partnerships with international distributors, importers, and retailers to enhance market penetration.
  • Collaborate with industry organizations and attend trade shows to network and promote the brand.
  • Work with HR to hire, train, and mentor staff across all departments, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Ensure product quality and consistency through rigorous quality control processes.
  • Stay informed of industry trends and innovations to continually improve product offerings.

**Requirements**



  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • At least 5-10 years of experience in a leadership role within the craft beer industry or a related field, with a focus on international markets.
  • Proven track record of managing operations, financials, and teams in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in financial management and budgeting.
  • Knowledge of brewing processes, quality control, and industry regulations.
  • Experience in international marketing strategies and sales techniques.
