We currently seek Support Specialists to join our team

What You Will Do
  • Respond to customer inquiries via chat and email, delivering exceptional user experiences in English.
  • Represent customer voices by sharing feedback and reporting issues.
  • Collaborate with various teams and contribute directly to product improvement.
  • Establish trustful relationships with customers, representing Vivid Money.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated expertise in customer support or service, preferably with experience in banking or financial services and SMEs.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Good observational skills for process and product improvement.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, including verbal and written proficiency in English.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive under pressure in a dynamic environment.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of SME banking products, services, and processes.
  • Availability to work within the CEST time zone, committing to 40 hours per week.
