At Pearl West, we strive to create intelligent systems that streamline processes and drive growth. To achieve this goal, we are looking for a skilled Automation Specialist who can leverage their expertise in n8n, Make (Integromat), and Google Apps Script to automate workflows.

The ideal candidate will be able to design and deploy end-to-end automation workflows, connect APIs, CRMs, eComm platforms, spreadsheets, and internal tools to centralize business processes, troubleshoot broken workflows, and improve system reliability and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

">

  • Design and deploy end-to-end automation workflows using n8n, Make, and Google Apps Script.

    ">

  • Connect APIs, CRMs, eComm platforms, spreadsheets, and internal tools to centralize business processes.

    ">

  • Troubleshoot broken workflows and improve system reliability and scalability.

    ">

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks and build automation solutions.

    ">

  • Document all automation flows, logic paths, and key processes.

    ">

  • Maintain a repository of reusable scripts and modules for future use.

  • Deliver and deploy at least 3 major automation flows per month.

  • Reduce manual hours in specific teams by 30%+ within the first 90 days.

  • Maintain a workflow uptime of 95%+
