Job Overview

This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the success of our global IT operations by providing exceptional technical support and services.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in IT with expertise in Microsoft O365, Azure, or AWS, as well as proficiency in PowerApps for developing and customizing business applications.

In this dynamic and collaborative environment, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues, maintain high security standards, and implement process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert-level technical support for all aspects of IT systems and services, including cloud infrastructure, security, and data management.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and implement innovative solutions using PowerPlatform, ensuring seamless integration with Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL, and third-party APIs.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, knowledgebase articles, and other resources to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Global Support/Technical Operations Engineering, preferably in an AU MSP environment.
  • Relevant certifications in Microsoft O365, Azure, or AWS, with expertise in PowerApps and cloud technologies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with staff and suppliers.
  • Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate complex issues, identify solutions, and prioritize tasks efficiently.
