Main Responsibilities
  • Provide technical expertise in software development, project scope definition, risk identification, project methodology, resource allocation, facilitation, and other areas based on established product, program, and project management techniques.
  • Support multiple technical assets and collaborate with geographically distributed teams.
  • Design, implement, and monitor operations and key performance metrics for the engineering team.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time and meet requirements.
  • Adapt program plans and priorities to address business, technical, and operational challenges.
  • Set team direction, resolve problems, and provide guidance to team members.
  • Oversee work activities to ensure quality deliverables meet program needs and requirements.
  • Provide innovative solutions to technical challenges.
  • Manage high-performing technical teams, recruiting and developing them in their careers.
  • Clearly communicate operational issues with business impact.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in technical software engineering.
  • 6+ years of experience managing technical engineering teams.
  • 5+ years of delivering technical products to an active user base in a live production environment.
  • 5+ years of collaborating with product leadership to ensure project milestones are met.
  • 3+ years of experience in executive stakeholder management and presentations.
