About this role

This position is an excellent fit for a college graduate with an interest in recruiting, customer service, public relations, advertising, or marketing.

We are looking for a talented individual to work in a fast-paced environment and harness the power of our cutting-edge technology.

As a Booking Agent, you will work closely with assigned customers to select the best staff for each assignment, including tradeshows, conventions, in-store sampling events, sporting events, experiential marketing campaigns, special events, and more.

You will be responsible for recruiting, enrolling, and training promotional staff over the phone and via email. You will also book and manage the chosen promotional staff for assignments nationwide.

Apart from that, you will evaluate/recording/processing all promotional staff after completion of each assignment and build lasting relationships with clients and talent.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or Higher
  • 2-5+ years of experience in customer service, marketing, communications, or event staffing
  • Excellent communication skills, organization, and impeccable attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel or equivalent Google software
  • Ability to communicate effectively over phone and email
  • Reliable, determined, and self-motivated
