Remote Academic Support Role

This fully remote position involves providing top-notch customer service and academic support to students and their families. The ideal candidate will possess excellent English communication skills, enabling seamless interaction in a virtual environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with instructors, track student progress, and deliver quality customer service to drive the success of our educational initiatives.
  • Actively collaborate with Regional Operations to provide outstanding academic services that meet the needs of students and their families.
  • Operate effectively in a virtual setting, maintaining high standards in areas related to people, finance, and academics.
  • Ensure timely delivery of programs and initiatives for students and school district partners.
  • Meet operational excellence standards by managing class schedules, staffing sessions, and achieving efficiency targets.
  • Manage virtual tutoring sessions, monitor student progress, and ensure flawless execution of programs.
  • Conduct conferences with partner directors to review progress, adjust plans, and renew enrollments.
  • Develop strong relationships with students and their families, fostering an open communication environment for positive conflict resolution.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Effective time management, planning, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple responsibilities successfully.
  • Exhibit a professional and approachable demeanor, prioritizing key objectives and adapting to changes in the work environment.
  • Build engagement and trust in virtual relationships, whether with customers or team members.
  • Work well with others, demonstrate learning agility, and acquire new skills as required.
  • Engage, manage, and grow virtual relationships with customers, employees, and business partners.
  • Manage remote teachers and work independently with high tolerance for ambiguity.
  • Bachelor's Degree required, 2-3 years progressive career growth, and experience working in a virtual operations and team environment.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish beneficial, proficient in Microsoft Office and Google applications.
