Key Job Role

The position of Educational Case Manager plays a pivotal role in the success of Tutor Me Education by coordinating with families and students, instructors, and providing quality customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Manage intakes with families/students, coordinate instructors, track student progress, and provide exceptional customer service
  • Support Regional Operations by actively engaging in their initiatives
  • Deliver outstanding academic services to students and their families
  • Effectively manage and operate in a virtual environment
  • Ensure delivery of programs and initiatives for our students and school district partners
  • Meet operational excellence standards by consistently delivering high-quality results
  • Provide administrative support to Regional Operations through effective communication and collaboration
  • Manage class schedules, virtual tutoring sessions, and monitor student progress
Essential Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree required for this position
  • 2-3 years of progressive career growth in a related field
  • Excellent time management, planning, and prioritization skills are essential
  • Able to organize and manage multiple responsibilities successfully
  • Professional demeanor and effective communication skills are crucial
  • Ability to prioritize and focus on key objectives while maintaining a productive work environment
  • Proficient in using all communication media to ensure seamless interaction
  • Able to build engagement and trust in virtual relationships through strong interpersonal skills
  • Works effectively as part of a team
  • Displays learning agility and ability to acquire new skills
  • Engages and manages virtual relationships with ease
  • High tolerance for ambiguity and ability to adapt quickly to changing situations
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is beneficial but not mandatory
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google applications
