As a Senior QA Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and tracking internal QA projects and initiatives across multiple pods. Your responsibilities will include coordinating and driving execution for cross-pod initiatives that require tight collaboration.

You will work closely with the QA management team to gather updates, escalate risks, and remove blockers. To keep stakeholders aligned and informed, you will establish lightweight processes and rituals.

Actively utilizing AI-powered tools, you will automate updates, streamline status reporting, and manage project artifacts. Serving as the point of contact for planning and communicating key deliverables, timelines, and dependencies, you will help identify and implement best practices in cross-team project management.

Facilitating retrospective and continuous improvement discussions to strengthen project execution, you will support leadership with insights and metrics for decision-making and prioritization.
