Accounting Role Overview

This position involves managing bookkeeping functions for a portfolio of small business clients.

  • Execute recurring accounting processes and maintain system records.
  • Process bank, credit card, and payroll account reconciliations, as well as other accounting tasks as requested.
  • Communicate open items or anomalies to team members and ensure resolution.
  • Review bank transactions, flag unknown transactions, and prepare documentation.
  • Support department and team projects as needed.
Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in the related field is preferred.
  • Bookkeeping experience with a focus on reconciliation and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and attention to detail are essential.
  • Aptitude in data management, analytics, reporting preparation.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining top quality and customer service standards.
