Job Opportunity
Accounting Expertise SoughtOur organization is in search of a seasoned accounting professional to manage financial processes, implement automation initiatives and optimize accounting workflows.
Key Responsibilities:- Streamline accounting procedures and automate tasks within our system.
- Accurately record and maintain journal entries, adhering to U.S. GAAP standards.
- Prepare reconciliations and schedules, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Oversee accounts payable processes, ensuring prompt and accurate vendor payments.
- Record and reconcile all cash and credit card transactions with precision.
- Identify process inefficiencies and implement best practices to enhance financial operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in general ledger accounting.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting principles.
- Extensive experience with our financial management system and proven track record of closing books for a U.S.-based entity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and drive process improvements.
