Collections Lead Role

The primary objective of this role is to collect outstanding invoices while providing excellent customer service and identifying opportunities for upselling.

As a collections specialist, you will operate independently, build and execute a strategic approach to collecting outstanding balances, and present performance insights and next steps directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

  • You must have strong communication skills and be able to work effectively with customers to resolve disputes and negotiate payment plans.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving skills are required to identify trends and areas for improvement in the collections process.

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and results-driven, with a proven track record of successfully managing large portfolios and achieving high collection rates.
