Job Overview

The Logistic Specialist role is responsible for overseeing third-party logistics providers through key performance indicator (KPI) tracking, contract obligation monitoring, and issue resolution support.

This position ensures that service delivery aligns with contractual terms and business expectations while contributing to continuous improvement efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collect, validate, and consolidate data for KPIs such as on-time-in-full (OTIF), in-transit accuracy (IRA), total average time (TAT), damages, issue assistance (IA), and reversal.
  2. Maintain performance dashboards and scorecards for weekly/monthly reporting.
  3. Track and document third-party compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs) and contract terms.
  4. Maintain a repository of 3PL contracts and key obligations.
  5. Participate in quarterly business reviews and help prepare reports, presentations, and insights.
  6. Provide basic data required for the analysis of logistics costs.
  7. Prepare purchase requisitions for standard materials, supplies, or services based on budget requirements.
  8. Ensure compliance of partners on standard building and facilities management activities, functions, operations, and procedures.
  9. Prepare management reports related to food safety standards (HACCP), governance, workplace, and environmental health and safety standards (EHSS).

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of a management or engineering course or any related field.
  • At least one year of experience in end-to-end warehouse operations (inbound and outbound).
  • Strong data analysis and Excel/Google Sheets skills (Pivot Tables, Dashboards, etc.).
  • Must be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple deliverables.
  • Good communication skills and stakeholder coordination.
  • Knowledge of contract terms, SLAs, and vendor compliance is a plus.
  • Willingness to do fieldwork and be assigned at various locations.

Work Environment:

Full onsite work at designated locations.
