Global Business Process Expert

This is a challenging opportunity to work directly with the Supply Chain Team across all regions' manufacturing facilities. Your main goal will be to identify and recommend best developed SAP business processes, improve process issues, and increase SAP proficiency and process knowledge within each location.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recommend and deploy system solutions to enhance supply chain systems and resolve process gaps.
  • Conduct business process reviews, identify SAP business process gaps, and deploy best demonstrated SAP business processes, maintaining consistency across sites.
  • Improve SAP proficiency and process knowledge across the organization.
  • Develop and maintain training materials and knowledge content.
  • Train the supply chain key user community.
  • Develop business requirements documents and identify return on investment for system enhancements.
  • Perform user acceptance testing and deployment of latest SAP enhancements.
  • Maintain master data integrity and governance.
What We Are Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or similar field.
  • Working knowledge of supply chain processes, including materials resource planning, engineering master data, and SAP processes.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain/logistics, procurement, or industrial engineering, including detailed knowledge of SAP processes.
  • Training expertise for classroom and one-on-one training situations.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Solid influencing and communication skills, particularly in situations without reporting relationships.
  • Problem identification and root cause analysis skills.
  • Excellent team-building and leadership skills.
  • Ability to translate business needs into business requirements documents.
  • Ability to conduct effective requirements gathering sessions and document outcomes.
