Job Title

A successful Supply Chain Management professional is sought after to supervise and manage the procurement of raw materials and components from both internal and external vendors.

The ideal candidate will oversee material planning, ensure timely stock replenishment, and guarantee customer delivery through on-time PR-to-PO releases. They will also analyze data, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance supply chain performance.

This role requires strong analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. The selected candidate will be responsible for leading a team of supply chain planners, improving inventory management, and developing strategic plans to meet business objectives.

The key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Managing procurement and inventory levels to ensure adequate stock for production plans and customer orders
  • Monitoring key performance metrics, including on-time delivery, STR, and STS (for interco transactions), and Inventory
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing cost-saving initiatives
  • Providing guidance and support to direct reports and contributing to their growth and development
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Degree/Diploma in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent
  • SAP (or other ERP software) – 5-7 Years
  • Understanding of MRP, Procurement, Purchasing – 5-7 years
  • Planning and experience in Supply Chain Management - 5-7 years
  • Extensive spreadsheet analysis and strong mathematical abilities
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
