Quality Control Manager for Residential Plumbing
About the Role:This position is suitable for a skilled plumber looking to transition into a management role where technical expertise meets operational oversight.
You will oversee daily work orders for residential sites, ensuring quality control and guiding licensed plumbers in the field to deliver high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and review plumbing work orders for residential sites on a daily basis.
- Evaluate contractor reports, photos, and videos for accuracy and completeness.
- Identify and address incomplete or inaccurate bids by coordinating with contractors.
- Provide technical guidance and escalate quality concerns as needed.
- Ensure all documentation and data entries are accurate and complete.
- Serve as the final QA checkpoint before work approval, scheduling, or billing.
- Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in residential plumbing.
- Master Plumber certification or equivalent.
- Strong diagnostic skills with the ability to assess work via photos, videos, and notes.
- Familiarity with common residential plumbing issues.
- Ability to identify subpar work and provide guidance to contractors.
- $800–$1500 monthly based on experience.
- Annual bonus up to $1,500, including a $500 bonus at 90 days.
- 13th-month pay.
- HMO coverage for employees and dependents.
- 16 days of PTO annually.
