Job Title: HR Solutions Expert I">

The HR Solutions Expert is responsible for delivering exceptional service experiences in an HR shared service center. Key responsibilities include following defined processes, mastering various HR and service systems, providing outstanding customer service, and managing customer expectations. The role requires collaboration with other teams to provide service or resolve employee issues and demands in-depth knowledge of HR processes across onboarding, employee lifecycle, and offboarding.

Key Responsibilities:">
  • Provide excellent service and demonstrate mastery of at least two core programs supported by the HR Solutions Center.
  • Offer efficient interaction through advisory support to candidates and employees addressing a variety of HR-related cases through face-to-face interaction.
  • Manage compliance requirements for new hires and for-cause reviews – initiate and adjudicate background checks as appropriate and review findings against Asurion standards.
  • Support new employee onboarding – collect and follow up on pre-employment requirements per guidelines, update RS tracker, and handle post-hiring requirements.
  • Maintain data integrity of various HR systems and tools and handle personally identifiable information (PII) in accordance with internal policies and public facing privacy policies. Complete any required privacy training. Promptly report any known or suspected loss, theft, or unauthorized disclosure or use of PII.
  • Display dependability by being punctual and achieving an appropriate level of attendance.
  • Update and/or create relevant process documentation for programs supported.
  • Perform tasks in support of administering HR delivery for onboarding, employee life-cycle and offboarding or events and projects in conjunction with other functions.
