About the Role
This Corporate Accounting Specialist position presents a compelling opportunity to be part of a dynamic company in the property management sector. As a key contributor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional accounting services to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Coding transactions from bank feeds according to established procedures
- Assisting with end-of-month reconciliations for assigned client accounts
- Reconciling credit card statements and creating lists for presentation to cardholders
- Preparing financial reviews and responding to client inquiries
- Recording payroll transactions and booking benefit bills
Essential Qualifications
- Background in Accounting or equivalent experience
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Excellent written communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently in a remote environment
Desirable Skills
- Experience with Quickbooks Online and Xero
- Familiarity with property management accounting and the NARPM Standard Chart of Accounts
- Prior experience with financial auditing or financial review
