Proactive Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive marketing specialist to develop and execute innovative marketing strategies that drive growth, engagement, and customer loyalty. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for researching market trends, analyzing buying behavior, and creating compelling content that resonates with target audiences.

This role requires strong analytical skills, data-driven decision-making, and excellent copywriting abilities. You will work closely with the marketing team to track and analyze campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing ROI.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and analyze market trends and buying behavior for your territory.
  • Create and execute multi-channel campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and/or events.
  • Develop compelling marketing content, including email templates, thought leadership pieces, and other marketing collateral, to engage target audiences.
  • Implement lead generation strategies, including multi-channel campaigns and automating workflows to increase prospect engagement.
  • Build a pipeline of sales-qualified leads, maintain prospect relationships, and ensure a seamless transition to the sales team for purchase-ready prospects.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using metrics like open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates to drive improvements and optimize ROI.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in generating leads and doing outbound marketing for the legaltech or SaaS industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach to decision-making and campaign optimization.
  • Excellent copywriting, communication, and presentation skills, especially for B2B audiences.
  • Familiarity with lead prospecting and marketing automation platforms (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo).
  • Experience with CRM software (Pipedrive) is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup setting.
  • Fluency in Business English.
