Role Overview

This is a dynamic and results-driven growth marketing specialist role that requires expertise across organic and paid media channels. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital advertising, affiliate/influencer partnerships and performance analytics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Planning: Plan, execute and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition, engagement and revenue growth.
  • Digital Advertising: Create, manage and optimize paid ad campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok Ads and YouTube Ads.
  • Affiliate & Influencer Marketing: Build and manage an affiliate marketing program, identifying and collaborating with influencers and creators to increase brand awareness and drive conversions.
  • Lead Generation: Plan and execute B2B/B2C lead generation campaigns using both inbound and outbound strategies, working closely with sales and product teams to refine lead scoring and nurturing processes.
  • Community Management: Grow and engage brand communities across social platforms, fostering authentic relationships and conversations that support brand loyalty and advocacy.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track, measure and report on campaign performance and ROI, using data to inform testing strategies and uncover growth opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in a growth or performance marketing role.
  • Proven hands-on experience managing campaigns on multiple platforms.
  • Expertise in affiliate marketing, influencer partnerships and lead generation funnels.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Google Analytics, ad dashboards and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional team.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard tools such as HubSpot, Zapier, SEMrush or Sprout Social.
