Job Title: Bookkeeper / Accountant

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented bookkeeper/accountant to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, processing invoices and payments, and providing financial analysis and insights to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the preparation and review of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Process and record all financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to negotiate prices and terms.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or finance.
  • Proficient in financial software, including Excel, QuickBooks, and other accounting systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
