Job Description:

We are seeking a visionary Sales Director to lead our embedded finance strategy and drive growth in high-priority segments.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of fintech, financial services, and market trends. They will be responsible for developing sales playbooks, value propositions, and enablement tools tailored to each segment.

The Sales Director will oversee onboarding for key clients, maintain senior-level relationships, and ensure satisfaction, retention, and long-term growth.

They will also identify market trends, collaborate with the Product team to enhance offerings based on client needs and segment opportunities, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company growth goals
  • Lead solution teams focused on fintech, enterprise, and financial institution segments
  • Optimize sales processes and implement best practices to boost efficiency and client experience
  • Oversee onboarding for key clients and maintain senior-level relationships
  • Identify market trends and collaborate with the Product team to enhance offerings
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive solutions
Requirements:
  • 10+ years in sales or business development within financial services
  • At least 5 years in a senior leadership role
  • Proven track record in leading sales strategy, managing high-performing teams, and onboarding major clients
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field required
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred
