Business Intelligence Specialist Job Description">

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering actionable sales insights and reporting to frontline sales reps, sales leaders and senior management.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently. They will also be able to design, build and maintain advanced data warehouses and provide dedicated support to our Sales Operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and challenges, and develop proposals for improving them using data-driven insights.
  • Develop user-friendly dashboards and compelling data visualizations that provide clear and actionable insights.
  • Provide training and support to our user base, promoting our tools and maximizing usage.
  • Work closely with international teams to ensure data is aligned, reliable, up-to-date and useful.
  • Deliver simple & complex dashboards using Tableau reporting environments.

Accountabilities:

  • Provide insights on how to meet/overachieve business expectations through in-depth business knowledge and data analysis.
  • Acquire an in-depth understanding of business challenges facing internal customers and develop solutions to overcome those challenges.
  • Help drive sales organization productivity by building and improving key sales tools and train front end users on their effective use.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree holder
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience working in a similar business intelligence or data analyst role, preferably serving a Sales or Customer Service teams
  • Basic Knowledge of Databases (MSSQL, Snowflake, ...)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint required
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong organizational skills to provide timely and consistent support
  • Effective written and verbal communication and organizational skills
