Job Description

As a key member of our analytics team, you will be responsible for collecting and analyzing large data sets to identify trends and patterns that inform strategic decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data integration and effective communication of insights.

Using various big data technologies and platforms, you will convert data into actionable insights, guiding business tactics and strategic approach. Your analytical thinking and expertise in data visualization will enable stakeholders to make informed decisions, driving business outcomes.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with different business units to empower them with end-to-end understanding of their respective areas through data insights, extracts, and dashboards aligned to their requirements.
  • Work with unstructured and structured data, pulling your own data, structuring it, cleaning it, and understanding human and financial behaviors it represents.
  • Deliver ad hoc consumer insight projects that inform decision-making for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive continuous improvement in processes, services, self-service, and further discovery.
Requirements

To excel in this role, you must possess a strong foundation in data analysis, statistics, and mathematics. A degree in Computer Science, Physics, or related fields is preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in mathematics, statistics, computer science, physics, data science, or engineering.
  • 1-3 years of relevant business intelligence experience in a data-driven environment is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and willingness to understand stakeholders' needs.
  • Practical experience in working with data mining/predictive modeling tools such as SQL, R, SAS, Python, etc.
  • Previous experience working with operational teams is beneficial.
