**Job Description**
This role is designed to drive business outcomes through data analysis and reporting. As a Data Reporting Analyst, you will be responsible for extracting insights from complex data sets, creating actionable reports, and providing strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in data analytics, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) tasks to create high-impact reports.
  • Design and develop reports using business intelligence platforms like Power BI.
  • Monitor key operational metrics and provide data-driven insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve data quality issues and improve reporting processes.
  • Analyze output data and provide quality assurance feedback to team members.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A college diploma and at least 3 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and Python programming languages.
  • Strong technical and analytical skills, with the ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
