Insurance Business Analyst Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading global no-code insurance platform. As an Insurance Business Analyst, you will play a key role in empowering all insurance companies to make insurance 100% digital and accessible to everyone.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with clients and technical resources to identify business problems and develop solutions
  • Plan and design business processes and system modifications
  • Recommend improvements to support business activities
  • Analyze and document complex business requirements and processes
  • Develop test case scenarios and monitor the testing of business applications
  • Communicate client requirements to appropriate parties

Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
  • Business or IT degree or relevant field
  • Previous experience working in the insurance industry is required, health insurance experience preferred
  • Knowledge of business analysis concepts and Agile approach
  • Business analysis skills including facilitation, process documentation, and user acceptance testing
