Position: Digital Engineer

Location: Cyberspace, Ortigas

Work setup & shift: Mondays-Fridays | Day Shift

Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage 3D, 4D, and 5D BIM models throughout all stages of the project lifecycle, with a focus on modular formwork modelling, reinforcement cage detailing, and concrete pour sequencing.
  • Coordinate digital deliverables with design, engineering, and construction teams.
  • Use tools such as Revit, Navisworks and Synchro 4D.
  • Support clash detection, safety implementation, digital coordination, and design validation processes.
  • Create visualisations and simulations to support design and construction planning.
  • Assist in digital workflows, data integration, and project automation.
  • Provide training and support to internal team and stakeholders on digital engineering tools.
  • Work towards ensuring BIM-related work executed follows industry- recognized standards and protocols—especially ISO 19650.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
  • 2+ years' experience in Digital Engineering and BIM
  • Proficiency in one or more BIM/Digital Engineering platforms (specifically AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, Synchro 4D)
  • Strong understanding of construction and design processes
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Experience working on large infrastructure or building projects preferred
