Job Overview

The Overnight Systems Support Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless eCommerce operations and IT infrastructure during off-hours.

Main Responsibilities
  • Error Resolution: Monitor and resolve order management system errors, providing timely solutions to prevent disruptions.
  • IT Support: Offer first-level assistance for system access issues, guaranteeing employees can perform their duties efficiently.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve order processing issues, ASN (Advanced Ship Notice) errors, invoice discrepancies, and fulfillment problems, minimizing downtime.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed logs of system issues and document error resolutions, facilitating knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the day-shift ES team to ensure continuity of operations, promoting a culture of teamwork and open communication.
  • Reporting: Provide detailed shift reports highlighting resolved issues and ongoing concerns, enabling data-driven decision making.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Computer Literacy: Possess strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple software systems simultaneously, ensuring efficient task completion.
