At Reef, we're seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to work on various infrastructure projects in Australia and New Zealand. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality designs, overseeing site coordination, and producing feasibility studies and technical reports.

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Civil Engineer with expertise in design calculations, project management, and construction supervision. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Australian and New Zealand codes and standards, as well as experience working with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, BIM platforms, and project scheduling tools.

The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team, communicating effectively with clients, architects, and contractors across time zones. Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver design calculations and drawings for infrastructure projects
  • Oversee site coordination and ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations
  • Produce feasibility studies and technical reports for residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to deliver high-quality projects

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in civil engineering roles, including design, site supervision, or project management
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, BIM platforms (Revit or MicroStation), and project scheduling tools like MS Project or Primavera P6
  • Solid understanding of Australian and New Zealand codes and standards (AS 1170, AS/NZS 7000, NCC), plus WHS and environmental compliance
  • Excellent English communication skills for report writing and client presentations
