Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled professional to expand our mental health service provider network in Asia.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Drive the expansion of our mental health service provider network
  • Recruit and onboard qualified professionals to offer psychological support to clients
  • Maintain accurate applicant information in our database
  • Assess client needs and match them with appropriate providers
  • Respond promptly to inquiries within defined turnaround times
  • Distribute guidelines and application materials to external affiliates/providers during recruitment
  • Review applications and supporting documentation for thoroughness
  • Uphold confidentiality of clients' information
  • Effectively communicate provider information to stakeholders
  • Proactively manage caseload to ensure efficient service delivery

Requirements:

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience recruiting non-local candidates
  • Database management skills
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to start immediately

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
