Property Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized professional to oversee our property management operations. This role is ideal for individuals with excellent time management skills, strong communication abilities, and the capability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional administrative support to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Analyze and process financial data using accounting software (training provided).
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with tenants through effective communication and conflict resolution.
- Coordinate property viewings and manage inquiries from potential tenants.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in office administration or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and basic software applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
