Key Responsibilities:
">- Design, deliver and maintain staff training programs.
- Coordinating orientation for multiple service lines.
- Maintain staff training compliance by tracking logs and certifications.
- Administer the HRIS system to ensure accurate data entry.
Schedule includes:
">- Coordinate employee onboarding processes across departments.
- Develop and maintain digital training modules for all levels.
- Manage employee training records, certifications, and compliance deadlines.
- Troubleshoot the HRIS system and collaborate with leaders to customize training.
The ideal candidate will have:
">- Experience managing HRIS platforms.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Project management and time management abilities.
- Knowledge of HR compliance requirements.
Minimum qualifications include:
">- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education or Business Administration.
- 2-3 years of experience in HR, training coordination or systems administration.
- Experience managing HRIS platforms is required.
