Seasonal Training Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Seasonal Training Associate to join our team. As a key member of our training program, you will play a critical role in supporting new hire classes and helping them achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Trainers through Classroom Management by monitoring the classroom environment, checking on agents' behavior, and providing technical support as needed.
  • Off-Class Duties: Proctors not in class are expected to take phone calls until such time that a class will be assigned to them.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in the use of personal computers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
