\About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Customer Experience Specialist. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring that customer interactions meet the highest standards of quality and excellence.

\Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate customer interactions to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the overall experience.
  • Develop and maintain a QA scorecard form to track performance metrics and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Participate in regular calls to discuss performance trends, suggestions, and best practices.
\Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of Quality Assurance or related experience
  • Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Suite
  • Trustworthiness and confidentiality
  • Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and good judgment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with deadlines
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Products
