Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized Junior Payroll Accountant to join our team.

The successful candidate will maintain confidential data and serve as the primary contact for payroll and finance queries, and assist with financial reporting.

This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter with strong communication, problem-solving skills, customer service experience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires 1-2 years of work experience in end-to-end payroll administration and/or finance operations.

You should have a strong planning and organizational skill set with the aptitude to learn.

You will be responsible for administering and maintaining highly-confidential employee pay data and records.

You will also ensure the accuracy of payroll reports, timesheets, etc.

Additionally, you will prepare pre-payroll reports within prescribed deadlines and perform post-payroll audits to validate payroll accuracy.

You will also perform post-payroll audits to validate statutory contributions and payroll-related vendor invoices.

Furthermore, you will prepare and send out client invoices within the prescribed deadlines.

As the main point of contact for queries from clients, employees, and partners, you will respond and resolve queries within prescribed SLAs.

You will also assist with end-of-month financial reporting and analysis and ad-hoc financial reporting and analysis as needed.
