About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Income Processing Specialist to join our team. As an Income Processing Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of income-related entitlements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cleanse and analyze data to identify discrepancies and process errors
  • Set up and process events on accounting systems
  • Identify and resolve issues, escalating where necessary
  • Participate in team discussions and contribute to quality improvements
  • Maintain documented procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Functional knowledge of income processing
  • Understanding of income event types across major markets and instrument types
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • College or university degree and/or relevant work experience
