About the Role:

  • We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Income Process Specialist.
  • As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of income related entitlements.
  • Additional responsibilities include data cleansing, analysis, and processing events on our accounting system.

Responsibilities:

  1. Collect, verify and process income related entitlements in a timely and accurate manner.
  2. Ensure data is cleansed and analyzed to identify any issues or discrepancies.
  3. Process events on the accounting system(s) with minimal errors.
  4. Identify and resolve issues or escalate to senior leaders where necessary.
  5. Participate in team discussions and contribute to quality, resource and target orientated improvements.
  6. Maintain documented procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulation and best practice.
  7. Follow incident/regulatory breach reporting procedure.
  8. Contribute to effective team-working and overall efficiency by assisting in training and coaching junior members of the team.
  9. Handle complex operating issues within the team.
  10. Carry out activities with significant financial, client and/or internal business impact.
  11. Interact with committees and/or Senior Management when required.
  12. Serve as a key subject matter expert and mentor to junior employees.

Requirements:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Functional/Industry Knowledge, specifically in Income processing.
  • Understanding of income event types across major markets and instrument types.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
