Job Description:

As a key member of our organization, the Business Analyst will be responsible for driving business process improvement projects and change requests. This includes screening and analyzing business requests, identifying change needs, gathering business requirements, and developing documentation.

  • The ideal candidate will have expertise in ArchiMate modeling, BPMN, Software Development Life Cycle, Lean Six Sigma methodologies, and IT Business Analysis.
  • We are looking for someone with strong analytical thinking, excellent communication and presentation skills, and proficiency in AWS, Microsoft Office Suite, and Microsoft Visio.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Delivery, Agile frameworks, and related areas.
