
Document Management Contract Specialist

The ideal candidate will support our lease documentation process by preparing, reviewing, and managing lease-related documents in accordance with company policies and client requirements. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams are essential for this role.
Main Responsibilities:- Draft and process lease documents using CRM and document management tools.
- Maintain accuracy of lease terms, financial obligations, and equipment details before finalizing documents.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather required data and resolve discrepancies.
- Associate or bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
- 1-2 years of experience in contract administration, leasing, or a strong document administrative role.
- Experience with document management, processing, and creation is preferred.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook).
