Global Contract Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Contracts Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our contract management department, you will be responsible for safeguarding global deals and ensuring compliance worldwide by reviewing, redlining, negotiating, and drafting contracts.
Main Responsibilities:- Review and negotiate vendor Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) on behalf of the company.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and timely execution of agreements.
- Maintain accurate version control and status tracking of all documents.
- Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Legal Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in contract review and redlining, preferably with Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word (track changes).
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Facilitate the vendor NDA process according to company protocols.
- Review, redline, negotiate, and draft third-party Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).
