We are seeking an experienced Appointment Setter to join our team and work closely with clients in the United States of America.
Job SummaryThis is a dynamic opportunity for a professional with excellent communication skills, who can effectively introduce our business offering and establish positive connections with prospects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in cold calling, appointment setting, or inside sales, with experience handling high call volumes with discipline and resilience.
The successful Appointment Setter will be responsible for making outbound cold calls to prospects using provided contact lists, qualifying leads, and effectively communicating our business offering. They will also set up meetings and calendar invites for senior leadership, track outreach activity, responses, and call outcomes in CRM or spreadsheets, refine call scripts, and share feedback with the sales team.
Apart from the core responsibilities, we are looking for someone with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through. Tech-savviness, with experience using calling tools, VOIP, or CRMs, is also essential. Reliable, punctual, and equipped with strong internet connectivity, the successful candidate must have clear and coherent written and verbal communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Timely submission of technical or professional medical claims to insurance companies.
- Make outbound cold calls to prospects using provided contact lists.
- Qualify leads and effectively communicate our business offering.
- Set up meetings and calendar invites for senior leadership.
- Track outreach activity, responses, and call outcomes in CRM or spreadsheets.
- Refine call scripts and share feedback with the sales team.
- Handle rejection professionally and maintain consistent follow-up
- Minimum one (1) to three (3) years experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or inside sales.
- Must have experience in B2B calling and appointment setting.
- Capable of handling a high call volume with discipline and resilience.
- Well-organized with excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
- Tech-savvy, with experience using calling tools, VOIP, or CRMs.
- Reliable, punctual, and equipped with strong internet connectivity.
- Clear and coherent in both written and verbal communication skills to effectively introduce the company's value proposition and establish positive connections with U.S. based prospects.
- Experience in a similar role in the healthcare or finance industry.
- Familiarity with CRM software and data analysis.
