Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized 3D modeling professional to join our team. As a Revit Modeler, you will be responsible for creating accurate and high-quality building models using Autodesk Revit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with engineers and team leads to ensure that all drawings align with project goals and objectives.
  • Proactively communicate any delays or scope changes to the team lead.
  • Ensure that all drawings meet the required quality, schedule, and standards.
  • Release technical queries daily and maintain compliance with relevant industry standards.
  • Maintain up-to-date job folders and progress reports.
  • Participate in project meetings and conference calls as needed.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in architecture, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 8-10 years of experience in 3D modeling and detailing steel and concrete structures.
  • Proficient in Autodesk Revit and additional tools such as BIM 360, Navisworks, Revizto, AutoCAD, MicroStation, Dynamo, Grasshopper, Enscape, Tekla, and seismic detailing.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in working with teams.
  • Experience in water infrastructure, substations, and multi-story structures is a plus.
