Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns across multiple digital platforms, ensuring consistency and cohesion in branding.
  • Manage and curate high-quality content for diverse digital channels, keeping abreast of industry trends and best practices.
  • Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships and collaborations, leveraging relationships to drive growth and innovation.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making informed adjustments to optimize results.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective marketing strategies, fostering seamless communication and mutual understanding.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in any field or professional certification in marketing or business-related courses.
  • 2+ years experience in social media or 1-2 years in digital marketing, coupled with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a solid grasp of English language nuances.
  • Proven proficiency in content management systems, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Benefits

This is a remote opportunity, requiring US work hours (20-40 hours per week). A competitive salary package is offered, commensurate with experience level:

  • Entry Level (1-3 years): Up to PHP 53,000.
  • Intermediate Level (3-5 years): Up to PHP 67,000.
  • Expert Level (5+ years): Up to PHP 78,000.

A computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and 4GB RAM, along with a reliable internet connection (25 Mbps cable), are essential requirements for this position.
