Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled healthcare professional to provide medical support and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with clients for day-to-day administration of health plans, insurance coverage, and dental programs.
  • Report and monitor receipts of additions/deletions, covering endorsements, billing, membership IDs from principals, dependents, and extended dependents in close coordination.
  • File and monitor the status of claims filed for reimbursement by members after pre-adjudication of claims and completeness of claim documents.
  • Immediately report any cases needing immediate attention.
  • Assist assigned physicians in preparing reports to be submitted at a frequency and format required.
  • Liaise for annual physical exams/executive check-ups in coordination with clients and retainer physicians.
  • Assist during consultations, taking vital signs, giving oral and parenteral medications as prescribed by physicians.
  • Dispense clinic medicine as needed, under guidance by physicians.
  • Assist in emergency treatment of cases requiring urgent need for medical attention under physician guidance.
  • Record and maintain patient medical data gathered during consultations and treatments.
  • Assist patients during confinement, including documentation requirements necessary for hospitalization availment.
  • Perform other duties assigned from time to time by the company and/or client.
