About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled healthcare professional to join our team as a nurse. As a nurse, you will be responsible for providing medical care and support to employees, including administering first aid, performing routine medical checks, and handling emergencies.

Your primary goal will be to ensure that all employees receive prompt and effective medical attention when needed, and that their overall health and well-being are protected.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively under pressure.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide emergency treatment and care to employees in the workplace;
  2. Perform routine medical checks and assessments on employees;
  3. Administer vaccinations and medications as required;
  4. Handle employee injuries and illnesses in accordance with established procedures;
  5. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery;
  6. Maintain accurate records of employee medical history and treatments;
  7. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall standard of care.
Requirements
  • Degree in Nursing (BSN or equivalent);
  • Current licensure as a registered nurse;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and make sound decisions quickly;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
  • Good organizational and time management skills;
  • Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development programs.
