Role Summary

The Senior Scrum Master will play a pivotal role in guiding and supporting our Engineering Scrum Teams, fostering collaboration, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software features that meet customer needs.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Effective facilitation of communication among team members to drive project success.
  • Maintaining visibility and transparency across teams by keeping all stakeholders informed about project progress.
  • Providing timely feedback to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Championing Agile values, principles, and practices within the organization through coaching and mentorship.
  • Ensuring smooth onboarding, training, and development of scrum team members.
  • Facilitating Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint meetings, retrospectives, and other essential events.
  • Collaborating with Product Owners to refine, prioritize, and optimize product backlogs for maximum impact.
  • Identifying and removing obstacles hindering team progress.
  • Continuously refining and adapting Agile practices to enhance software delivery efficiency.
  • Coordinating release planning and deployment activities to align with business objectives.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar capacity.
  • Working knowledge of Agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
  • Agile Scrum Master Certification is highly desirable but not mandatory.
